These Terms of Use apply to the Tsumu mobile app (the "Application") provided by K-Stone Works (the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to the Service Provider. Copying, modifying, extracting source code, or creating derivative versions of the Application is prohibited.
Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application at any time. The Application is provided free of charge and contains no paid features.
Security
The Application stores your records on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is not recommended, as it increases security risks and may affect the Application's functionality.

Except in cases of the Service Provider's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Service Provider's liability for any damages arising from reliance on information provided by the Application is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While the Application makes its best effort to preserve your records, the Service Provider is not liable for any data loss caused by device failure or OS malfunction. We recommend backing up important data separately.
Updates and Termination
The Application may be updated from time to time. Continued use may require updates due to OS requirement changes. The Service Provider will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice before terminating the service, except where prevented by unavoidable technical or legal circumstances.
Changes to Terms
When these Terms are updated, the new version will be posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated before the effective date.
These Terms of Use are effective as of May 9, 2026.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's principal place of business.
