This Privacy Policy applies to the Tsumu mobile app (the "Application") provided by K-Stone Works (the "Service Provider").
Information We Collect
The Application stores your count records locally on your device. Data such as recorded dates, titles, and icons are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers.
However, to improve the stability of the app, the following information may be collected:
- Crash reports (device model, OS version, stack traces)
- Anonymized usage statistics (launch count, usage frequency)
This information is not used to identify individuals and is used only to improve the Application.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services, which may process data according to their own policies:
The Application displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and similar information to serve ads. You can adjust ad personalization settings in your device settings.
The Service Provider may disclose or share information when required by law, when reasonably necessary to protect rights or ensure safety, or with trusted service providers who have agreed to comply with this Policy.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored on your device is deleted when the app is uninstalled. To request deletion of crash reports or usage statistics, please contact support@k-stone-works.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians should contact support@k-stone-works.com.
Security
We implement appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we collect and retain.
Changes
If significant changes are made, we will notify you via in-app notification or other appropriate means before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Application after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
